First pour cold milk on the burn area, then dry it gently. Now pour a thick paste of turmeric powder and ghee. Do a dressing, this can be easily removed, as it does not stick to the skin. Dressing can be changed every fifth day.
Supplement Vitamin D 6000 International units per day with milk and ghee. Vitamin D prevents infections and gives pain relief so we need not give antibiotics and less painkillers will be required. Avoiding these two drugs help in faster healing and Vitamin D itself supports healing.
Diet: fruits and vegetables then gradually add moong dal, fresh lemon juice and later on routine home diet.
Take care of hydration by giving water, ORS, coconut water, vegetable soups and fresh juices. Count urine, which has to be more than 7 times per day.
Bowel evacuation needs to be 100 %. This gives pain relief, better healing and prevents infection.
